Terminos del servicio (Espanol)

1. Aceptacion

Al crear una cuenta o usar CraftnexAI ("el Servicio") aceptas estos Terminos. Si no estas de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.

2. Descripcion del servicio

CraftnexAI es una plataforma SaaS multiempresa para gestion de operaciones (CRM, inventario, soporte, facturacion, analitica y automatizaciones). El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y puede evolucionar con el tiempo.

3. Cuentas y seguridad

Eres responsable de la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de toda actividad en tu cuenta. Debes proporcionar informacion veraz y mantenerla actualizada.

4. Uso aceptable

No debes usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales, vulnerar la seguridad, acceder a datos de otras empresas, enviar spam, ni intentar interrumpir la plataforma. Cada empresa solo puede acceder a sus propios datos.

5. Planes, suscripciones y facturacion

Los planes y precios se publican en la pagina de planes. Starter incluye 14 dias de prueba gratis; Pro, Business y Enterprise no incluyen prueba. Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente hasta que las canceles. Los pagos se procesan mediante Stripe.

6. Reembolsos y cancelacion

Todos los pagos son finales y no reembolsables segun nuestra Politica de reembolsos. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento; la cancelacion detiene futuras renovaciones sin reembolso del periodo en curso.

7. Propiedad intelectual

El Servicio, su software, marca y contenido son propiedad de CraftnexAI. Tus datos siguen siendo tuyos; nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesarlos y prestarte el Servicio.

8. Garantias y responsabilidad

El Servicio se provee sin garantias implicitas. En la medida permitida por la ley, CraftnexAI no sera responsable por danos indirectos o lucro cesante, y la responsabilidad total se limita a lo pagado en los ultimos 3 meses.

9. Suspension y terminacion

Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Terminos o por falta de pago. Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras.

10. Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos actualizar estos Terminos; los cambios relevantes se notificaran. El uso continuado implica aceptacion. Contacto: contactanos.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CraftnexAI ("the Service") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

CraftnexAI is a multi-company SaaS platform for operations management (CRM, inventory, support, billing, analytics and automations). The Service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for illegal activity, breach security, access other companies' data, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Each company may access only its own data.

5. Plans, subscriptions and billing

Plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Starter includes a 14-day free trial; Pro, Business and Enterprise have no trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Refunds and cancellation

All payments are final and non-refundable per our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals with no refund of the current period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, brand and content are owned by CraftnexAI. Your data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CraftnexAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or for non-payment. You may close your account at any time.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance. Contact: contact us.
