Todos los pagos realizados a CraftnexAI son finales y no reembolsables. No ofrecemos reembolsos totales ni parciales por suscripciones, renovaciones, periodos ya iniciados, falta de uso del servicio ni cambios de plan.
El plan Starter incluye 14 dias de prueba gratis para que evalues el servicio antes de cualquier cobro. Los planes Pro, Business y Enterprise no incluyen prueba gratuita. Te recomendamos usar la prueba de Starter para validar el sistema antes de contratar un plan de pago.
Puedes cancelar tu suscripcion en cualquier momento. La cancelacion detiene las renovaciones futuras; el periodo ya pagado continua activo hasta su fecha de fin y no se reembolsa.
El plan Enterprise se contrata por cotizacion ("Contactar ventas") y se rige por los terminos del acuerdo comercial correspondiente.
Cuando la ley aplicable otorgue un derecho de reembolso o desistimiento que no pueda renunciarse, respetaremos ese derecho en la medida exigida por la ley.

All payments made to CraftnexAI are final and non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds for subscriptions, renewals, started periods, non-use of the service, or plan changes.
The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before any charge. The Pro, Business and Enterprise plans do not include a free trial. We recommend using the Starter trial to validate the system before subscribing to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the period already paid stays active until its end date and is not refunded.
The Enterprise plan is contracted by quote ("Request quote") and is governed by the terms of the applicable commercial agreement.
Where applicable law grants a non-waivable right to a refund or withdrawal, we will honor that right to the extent required by law.
